The city reported less than 2000 cases in the last 24 hour and Maharashtra reported less than 50000 cases in the last 24 hours. The liberalised vaccination drive however, started on 1st May has been going at a slow speed in the city with 5* centers catering to the 18-44 age group and after a halt for 3-4 days, the 45+ category has been called for jabs.
