Instagram @Chickpeas And Lentils [email protected] / chickpeasandlentils chickpeasandlentils.net/ Cash App: $ChickpeasAndLentils Content Producer AvEL Productions Sweet Potato Falafel 1 c dried chickpeas washed and soaked for at least 8 hours 2 garlic cloves 1/2 med onion 1 c a combination of fresh mint, cilantro, and parsley 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground cumin 1tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 med baked sweet potato 1 TBSP chickpea flour and more if mix is too wet Directions: Mix all ingredients except sweet potato and chickpea flour into a food processor. Mix until thoroughly combined. Mixture should resemble wet sand. Add sweet potato and chickpea flour. Using a small cookie scoop, place Falafel mixture on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Flip Falafel halfway through the cooking process. Makes 26 small Falafel . Enjoy!
