Ukrainians grappling with rolling blackouts

Ukrainians are grappling with rolling blackouts after recent Russian missile strikes damaged key energy infrastructure in the country. An emergency schedule of power cuts has been established in order to stabilise and conserve the country’s energy supply, with President Volodymyr Zelensky warning of local “stabilisation blackouts”.
