Spinach and Corn Momos | Palak and Corn Momos | पालक कॉर्न मोमोज | Veg Momos with Spinach and Corn

Spinach & Corn Momos : =================== Ingredients : ========= For Momos Stuffing : ================ 2 Tbsp Oil, 1 Onion (Medium Chopped) 1 tsp Green Chilly paste (depends on how much spicy you reuire) 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste Salt for taste 1 Cup Whole Corns 250 Gms Spinach (Palak) nicely medium chopped For Sauce : ======== 2 tbsp Oil 1 Beet Root medium size, 1 small Onion medium chopped, 2 to 3 Garlic chopped into pieces 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder Salt for taste For Momos Dough : =============== 1 Cup Spinach (Palak) Puree, 2 Cups of Maida, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 cup of water Salt for taste. Recipe Procedure : ============== Momos Stuffing Masala : ==================== Add 2 tbsp of oil in Kadhai and let it heat. After the oil is properly heated then add one medium chopped onion with 1 tsp green chilli (depends on how spicy you require) and 1 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste and fry till the onion gets golden brown. Now add Salt as per taste. Now add the corn and mix well. After mixing the corn now add medium chopped Spinach (Palak) in masala and mix the spinach well and cover the kadhai with lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 mins. After 5 mins remove the mixture in dish and let it cool. Beet Root Sauce : ============= Add 2 tbsp of Oil in Kadhai, After the oil is properly heated then add beet root, onion medium chopped and 2 to 3 Garlic chopped into pieces and mix well, Now add 1 Tbsp Red Chilli powder and then add salt for taste & mix well Now cover the kadhai with Lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 mins till the beet root becomes soft. After 5 to 7 mins remove the lid from Kadhai and check if the mixture is properly cooked, if its cooked then remove the mixture in dish and let it cool. Once the mixture is cool then put the mixture into mixer grinder and make a paste (consistency should of Sauce). Keep it in side. Momos Dough: ============ Add 2 Cups of Spinach Puree in 2 cups of maida with 1/2 tsp of baking pwder and salt. Now add water and mix well till it becomes the chapati Dough consistency and keep it in side. Momos Preparation : ================ Make a medium small balls from the palak dough (10 to 12 balls can be made from the dough). Now take a dough ball on a flat surface and apply some of maida on surface so it will not stick while rolling. With rolling pin finely flatten the dough balls and make a size of puri. Now take one puri size flatten dough and add the spinach and corn stuffing and close all the ends and make a potli shape ( You can also make different shapes). Place the momos in steamer for 10 mins till it gets cooked. Your Momos are ready to eat..!!! Enjoy with your family and friends.
