Origin in NEPAL || Enjoyed at food streets, Chowpatty, food courts || Momos #Bon_appetit #Food lover #Momo love #Healthy recipe Serve : 4 People Quantity : 20 momos INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE DOUGH:  1 cup maida / all-purpose flour  Salt as required  water for kneading  oil for greasing FOR GREEN DOUGH:  1cup maida / all-purpose flour  3 tbsp Blanch Spinach paste   Salt as required  water for kneading  oil for greasing STUFFING:  3 tsp oil  5-6 clove garlic, finely chopped  1-inch ginger, finely chopped  2 chilli, finely chopped  ½ cup onion grated  100 gms paneer  ½ cup carrots grated  ½ cup capsicum grated  3-4 green chilly chopped  1 cup cabbage, shredded  1tsp soya sauce  1tsp black pepper powder  Salt as required INSTRUCTIONS 1. Firstly, prepare stuffing by heating 3 tsp oil and saute 5-6 cloves garlic, 1-inch ginger 2. Add onions, cabbage, carrots, and saute on high flame. 3. Now add 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp salt,1tsp soya sauce 4. Now add paneer 5. Saute for 3 min and stuffing mixture is ready. 6. Further, make a small thin roti (Around 5– 6 inches in diameter) with any of the dough. 7. Now place stuffing in the center and shape your momos 8. Pre-heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other. 9. Oil them properly and steam them for 15 min 10. Veg momos are ready to enjoy with momos chutney and mayonnaise
