NON STICKY Sabudana Khichdi Recipe | Perfect & Authentic Sabudana Khichdi for Fasting | Sago Recipe #sagokhichdi #perfectsabudanakhichdi #sabudanakhichdirecipe #sagorecipe #khichdi #fastrecipe #sabudanaupvasrecipe #sabudanaKhichdifornavratrifast Ingredients/सामग्री: 1 cup sabudana(sago pearls /sago rice)/ साबूदाना 1cup water/पानी 1 tbsp ghee or oil/घी या तेल 1/2 tsp cumin seeds/जीरा 1-2 green chili chopped, adjust to taste/हरी मिर्च कटी हुई, स्वादअनुसार 7-8 curry leaves/करी पत्ते 1 medium boiled potato (around 1 cup diced small) /उबला हुआ आलू कटा हुआ 2 tbsp roasted peanuts/भुनी हुई मूंगफली 2 tsp or 1/2 lemon Juice/नींबू का रस 1 tbsp cilantro chop/हरा धनिया कटा हुआ Salt or to taste, use sendha namak if making this for fast/नमक स्वादअनुसार सेंधा नमक अगर उपवास के लिए बना रहे हैं Notes: 1.You may add ginger to the khichdi, tastes good. 2.You may also add 1/2 tsp sugar but its optional. 3.You may also add turmeric or other spices if not making this khichdi for fasting.
