San Francisco Bay Area traffic nears pre-pandemic levels

Traffic on Bay Area roads and freeways has returned nearly to level of congestion that was seen before the pandemic, according to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. The experts predict the traffic will get worse as California moves to fully reopen the economy by June 15.
