Viper 8.3 engine startup after rebuild cammed big cam no tune stock exhaust

Viper engine first startup after rebuild still need to adjust rocker arms and hook up air cleaner housing, Cammed Competition Cams no tune wont idle i had to leave brake booster hose unplugged to create vacuum leak to raise the idle, car still has stock exhaust not very loud, I left alternator wire unplugged by accident thats why alternator light was on, but engine had good oil pressure and ran good otherwise. big cam no tune or big cam stock tune
