All Overworld Heart Container Locations (2nd Quest) - The Legend of Zelda 2nd Quest 100% Walkthrough

In total there are 13 Heart Containers to get in the game, however, 8 of them are gotten from defeating the bosses in dungeons 1-8. The remaining 5 are hidden across the overworld of Hyrule. This video shows how to get these 5 during the Second Quest. In order to get them all you'll need to have the Raft from Level 4, the Stepladder from Level 6, & the Whistle/Recorder from Level 2. For help on how to get these items then watch their corresponding videos linked down below. Additionally, you'll need the Power Bracelet, but you need that to gain access to Level 4 anyway. 4 of the 5 Heart Containers are gotten from an Old Man. He gives you the option of a Potion or the Heart Container. DO NOT choose the potion or you will permanently miss out on the Heart Container. Heart Containers: #1 (0:00): You'll need to have the Power Bracelet for this one. The fastest way to the graveyard is to warp there so from the starting screen go right 2 screens & push the left rock to enter the warp area. Pick whichever staircase inside until you come out next to the Lynels. From here go down 1 screen, left 3, & up 1. Find the gravestone that is in the middle row & 2nd column & push it upwards to reveal a staircase leading to the Heart Container. #2 (0:53): You'll need the Recorder/Whistle. From the starting screen go right 1 screen, up 5 screens, left 1 screen, up 2 screens, & left 1 screen. Play the Whistle & a staircase will appear. #3 (2:05): You'll need the Whistle. From the starting screen go right 1 screen, up 5 screens, right 2 screens, & down 1 screen. Play the Whistle to make a staircase appear. #4 (2:49): You'll need the Raft. From the starting screen go right 8 screens & up 5 screens. You'll actually pass by Heart #5 going this way. #5 (3:36): You'll need the Stepladder. From the starting screen go right 8 screens & up 2. Walk across the wooden structures to get the Heart Container.
