Families trapped on second story by Florence flooding rescued by Coast Guard

Dozens of people took shelter on the top story of a house in Jacksonville, N.C., as water from Hurricane Florence flooded the subdivision. More than 50 people were rescued by the Coast Guard and brought to safety.
