This tune feature guitars by Morgan Thomaso and Adam Bentley. This is my own 'video mix', so it will deviate from the record mix. The final vid for this series features the two closing tunes of the record. "Gaïa" is an absolute barnburner, reminiscent of "Wizardry Mind" from 'Planet Geisha'. It similarly begins with an eight-bar drum feature before launching into a quick, zesty groove. Skipping ahead, I boosted the room mikes for the big snare accent at 3:08 to announce the guitar 'onslaught'. Fun but challenging fill-in sequences at 4:34 and 5:12. There's a quasi-metric modulation in 3-8 happening over the half of the 5-5-5-5-4 sequence that closes the song, then one more batshit-crazy fill to cap off the excitement at 6:32. 'Final' features the same drum track as 'Adventure' but with a different ending fill-in.
