INGREDIENTS AS FOLLOWS: For the flan You can use your own flan recipe or follow mine 12 eggyolks 1 can condensed milk 1 big can evaporated milk 2 tsps of ube flavoring For the caramel 1/3 cup sugar FOR THE CHIFFON CAKE 1 cup cake flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 baking powder 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup oil (vegetable /canola oil) 4 egg yolks 2 tsps ube flavoring FOR THE MERINGUE 4 egg whites 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cream of tartar BAINE MARIE METHOD- Maglagay ng tubig sa isang tray bago ilagay ang lulutin na flan o cake. o sa anong pagkain na nangangailangan ng baine marie method sa paluto.
