It's an amazing looking gripper, such an eye candy, it's way prettier in real life and a smooth one to close. There is also a Gold model, but it's a bit tougher in 145-148RGC range. It took a small journey to finally get one of those since they were not available on Amazon anymore. The seller from China helped me big time, unfortunately on his page only models up to 200 are available at the moment. You can always ask him for assistance maybe he will help: https://aliexpress.com/item/100500561... Also I saw some on eBay but they were not available for delivery to my region. I'm training a lot recently like on a daily basis I took a small break of 3 days to make this close and set a PR with one of the tricky dynos that I have. I really enjoy destroying my hands in a hardcore way it definitely pays off and my palms get even beefier than before. When I feel low I just go a bit easier on resistance and close whatever I can. It helps to reduce the risk of getting injuries and I think it sends a clear signal to your body that it needs to get stronger since the training will go on and on. I'm really glad that this hand gripper helped me to take kind of easy and finally close something in a higher range, since my working numbers just few days ago were as low as 113RGC for non-stop TNS reps. Having a channel of mine like an online diary really helps in such lows when you can barely close anything. You just reminiscence the moments of your prime form and peak performance moments. It really helps you to stay motivated during such hardcore daily routine. I really want to thank angelherido for creating such a beautiful track with the soul. It was in my old playlists and found me when I was half asleep and the message of it is just on another level. I hope you will dig it too. The track title is: GET OUT MY MIND and you can listen to the full version here: • GET OUT MY MIND Don't forget to give him some love at his page and check other tracks here: / angelherido - topic Also my two playlists to chill for an eternity and more: • FatAssBass Vol.2 • FatAssBass And this one helps me to train harder: • 666 Hellsinki The daily grind is definitely real, it's great to be kind of quiet and finally focus at what I really like and it is crush and crush and crush till your hands are fully destroyed in a good way. Keep it UP! And stay safe.
