There is nothing like a lovely overcrush at the end of another grip sesh. This is a nice gripper with a left turn spring. Just what the doctor ordered for the left one. I do think that overcrushes deliver big time and they are a pretty useful technique to adjust the resistance of the torsion spring grippers (you just crush it to dust longer). My performance with the EH108 dyno tonight just proves it 102.5 left and 103.4 right, here is the video of those attempts: https://disk.yandex.ru/i/vCvw5qArY9_MBg Not that bad to hit over 100 on a regular basis now. Feels Good! Chasing the RGC numbers is great, but if you don't have a bit tougher gripper just use one you are comfortable with and add some time to the hold by just smashing it like there is no tomorrow. Big ups to 𝐿𝒾𝓁' 𝑅𝑜𝒸𝓀𝑒𝓉𝓂𝒶𝓃 and Ponsuda. for producing such a masterpiece. The track is called ILUMINATI and you can listen to the full version here: • ILLUMINATI Also give the guys some love at their pages, they definitely deserve to check them out, since they both deliver big time and never miss! / lil' rocketman - topic / ponsuda. - topic There are some more vibes to chill for days in my 2 playlists: • FatAssBass Vol.2 • FatAssBass This one for training and hitting it hard: • 666 Hellsinki I had some fun overcrushing this one and I hope my experience will help others to get some decent results in the future. Keep Grinding, Fellas! And Stay Strong! 💪💯
