Northern Ireland: 'Democratic deficit and the European Court of Justice obstacles to deal'

Naomi Long, former minister of justice for Northern Ireland, says any trade disputes between Northern Irish companies and those in the rest of the EU must be resolved by a body with jurisdiction in both, which may or may not be the ECJ.
