As you explore Kefka's Tower, you'll find a Gold Dragon around the area, and the battle could be a tough one. The Gold Dragon will use lightning spells and can sometimes cast a reflect barrier to block your spells. Even without protection or resistance against lightning, this battle should go either way. Defeat this dragon and continue to explore the tower.
