Add broccoli & mushrooms, blanch for 2 minutes. Remove and keep aside. 2️⃣ Prepare the Stir-Fry Dressing Mix together: Soy sauce Vinegar Minced garlic Coriander Sesame seeds Black pepper Garlic powder Oregano A pinch of stevia Salt 3️⃣ Pan Fry the Paneer Heat butter in a cast iron pan.
