Tuesday's extended Cleveland weather forecast: Stellar stretch continues in Northeast Ohio

Cleveland weather forecast for Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Our stellar stretch of weather continues across Northeast Ohio with more sunshine and seasonable temps in the forecast both today and tomorrow. We're waking up to a few clouds and showers in our southwestern and southern counties as a weak area of low pressure moves by to our south. Everyone should clear out with just a stray shower chance this afternoon as highs push 80 degrees. We'll clear skies out tonight and drop back into the 50s. After a cool start Wednesday, we'll warm quickly into the low to mid 80s with lots of sunshine as this stretch of quiet weather continues. Our pattern begins to turn more active on Thursday as clouds increase and humidity follows suit. We'll stay dry Thursday until late in the day when we'll be watching storms move in from the west. Temps will reach the mid 80s. Showers and storms will arrive in rounds Thursday night all the way through the upcoming weekend as an area of low pressure sits and swirls in the northern Great Lakes. Timing out each round is impossible at this point, but we'll be able to focus in on the timing as we approach the weekend. For now, know that no day looks like a washout, but we'll be dealing with waves or rounds of rain late Thursday through next Monday. Here is your 3-day Cleveland weather forecast. TODAY: Lots of sunshine with a pop-up shower or two. Low 80s. WEDNESDAY: Sunny and warming up. Low to mid 80s. THURSDAY: Increasing clouds. Late day storm chance. Mid 80s.
