Pahalgam Winter Carnival kicks off to boost tourism

The Pahalgam Development Authority, in collaboration with the Tourism Department, has launched a vibrant Winter Carnival to promote tourism in the region. Featuring colourful cultural programmes, local art, traditional cuisine, and themed stalls, the event has drawn both tourists and locals. The carnival will continue till December 31.
