When I think of comfort, I first think of my mom and then when I am hungry (which I almost always am), I think of my mom's rui macher jhol (Bengali Fish Curry made using Rohu fish). Macher jhol is the ultimate comfort food for most bongs! I am a fan of this version of macher jhol because it is perfect for anytime of the year especially during 'goromkaal' (summer).
