Sri Panaga Narasimhar Mangalagiri

This Temple of Lord Sri Narasimha situated in Mangalagiri near Vijayawada. The Perumal temple is in a hill with climbing steps. The temple can be reached by road also. The deity is a face of Lord Narasimha with a huge open mouth. The Neuvedhyam of Panagam is poured with a white Sangu into the mouth of Lord. After half of the neivedhyam goes inside remaining half is given as Prasadham. There are two temples. On the uphills it is Panaga Narasimha. On the ground there is temple of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha. The Rajagopuram is with 11 stairs. The Lord gives dharshan with Lakshmi on his Lap. The Thayars are Rajyalakshmi and Senchulakshmi.
