Homemade Mango Jam | Made easy with 3 ingredients, No pectin and no refine sugar but with organic Jaggery instead. We harvested some Ceylon mangoes and decided to make some mango jam with some ripe ones. Ingredients: Mangoes Organic Jaggery Lemon juice Pinch of pink salt (optional) Cinnamon powder (optional) 1 Bay leaf (optional) Jaggery is made using traditional methods of pressing and distilling cane juice. This jam can be left on the shelf for a short time but should be placed in the fridge for longer shelf life as it doesn't contain alot of sugar/sweetener/ any pectin.
