Ingredients: Bangus (Sardines) Olive Oil Salt Carrots Onions Garlic Olives Bay Leaves Peppercorns Sugar Red Chili Vinegar Water Optional: Soy Sauce & Oyster Sauce Recipe Step 1 (0:41) Prepare the ingredients. Step 2 (1:14) Cut the head and tails of the fish. Wash the fish with clean running water. Add the salt and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash again. Pat dry the fish before frying. Step 3 (3:09) Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes. Step 4 (4:18) Stack the carrots, onions, olives, garlic, peppercorn, bay leaves, and Bangus layer by layer. Season with salt and sugar.
