1 dead, 4 injured in Franklin County barn fire
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. (WKRC) - One man was killed and four injured in a barn fire Tuesday night in Franklin County. The fire started around 8 p.m. at the structure on Whitcomb Road near Pea Ridge Road. The Franklin County Sheriff said three of the injured victims were flown by medical helicopter to the hospital. Nine fire departments and several EMS units from other departments assisted with the call. The Indiana State Fire Marshal and Brookville Fire department are investigating the cause.
