Important to know people at ‘grassroots’ but Royals must remember to be royal
Princess Diana's former private secretary Patrick Jephson says it is important for members of the Royal Family to know their people. “Yes, they want to get to know people at grassroots," he told Sky News Australia. "But equally there’s a mistake if they forget that if you expect people to stand out in the rain for an hour for a glimpse at somebody royal, they better not be disappointed - be Royals."
