Cleveland weather for Friday, March 3, 2023. It is going to be a nasty weather day across Northeast Ohio as heavy rain and windy conditions impact the region. “It is a complete and total soaker," says 3News meteorologist Hollie Strano. While conditions are dry through the morning commute, a large swath of rain is expected to arrive by late morning / early afternoon with the system pushing in from the south. "It’s going to be some slow commuting come this afternoon with moderate to heavy rain expected," Strano explains. The winds will be increasing throughout the day as well. “So by later today we’ll be talking about winds 15 to 25 to 30 with higher gusts," Strano said. "You combine that with the rainy weather and it will be a bit challenging, for sure.” The rain will continue into the evening. Once the low has passed, colder air will filter in behind and produce snow chances the overnight and morning hours for your Saturday. High pressure returns to produce enjoyable sunshine for Saturday afternoon and even Sunday. READ MORE: https://www.wkyc.com/article/weather/...
