How To Make the Ultimate Crispy Roast Potatoes

Ultimate roast potatoes Ingredients: Potatoes (we used 4 medium sized about 600g) Salt Plain Flour Vegetable Oil You will need: Potato Peeler Chef’s or Vegetable Knife Sauce Pan Colander Method: 1. Fill a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt and bring to boil. 2. Peel Potatoes and cut into quarters. 3. Boil Potatoes for 10 minutes. 4. Pre-Heat oven to 220°C 5. Drain potatoes in colander and catch some of the water into the pan. 6. Rest the colander over the Pan and steam for 5 minutes. 7. Put two table spoons of oil into a roasting tin and place in oven whilst Potatoes steam. 8. Shake the colander to fluff up the potatoes and add a sprinkle of salt and plain flour. 9. Place Potatoes carefully into the roasting tin. 10. The potatoes should take between 30-40mintues to get nice and crispy. Move the potatoes around with a serving spoon after 15-20 minutes to get an even coating.
