Ingredients: Chicken breast 1 large piece (400g) 5 green onion (white part) 1 handful Dry chili (cut and deseeded, not the spicy kinds, choose low heat Sichuan peppers) 4 tbsp cooking oil 7-8 cloves Garlic (sliced) 1 piece Ginger (sliced) 1/2 cup fried peanuts (simply roast raw peanuts on a pan with oil for 8-10 minutes until darkens but not burned, use low heat) Marinate: Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp Salt 1/4 tsp Light soy sauce 2 tsp Corn starch 1 tbsp White pepper powder 1/4 tsp Kung Pao Sauce (I highly recommend following the proportion below or at least keep the sugar and vinegar content correct!)
