Kubota BX 25 differential lock fail, internal binding shift fork.

What happens when the differential lock resists disengagement? The shift fork slides on a rotating shaft to engage and disengage the differential lock pins. It is seriously binding and now I realize why the pedal was slow to return to the up position. Slow retraction causes a lot of stress on the locking pins and housing and will cause the locking pins to shear. I did another video to show the cause of failure and how I modified the shift fork.
