( What is endometriosis? | Painful Periods ) इस विषय पे बात करेंगे | Endometriosis के बारेमें जाननेसे पहले uterus की anatomy समझना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है। सामान्यतः गर्भाशय के दो मुख्य भाग रहते है , एक होता है inner layer जहासे uterus की lining तैयार होती है जिसे endometrium कहा जाता है और दूसरा रहता है uterus का muscle जिसे myometrium कहा जाता है। Uterus के बाहरी हिस्से को serosa कहा जाता है। What is endometriosis? Endometrium के अंदर हर महीने lining तैयार होती है और जब कोई महिला प्रेग्नेंट नहीं होती तो hormonal effect के वजहसे ये लाइनिंग बहार आ जाती है जिसे periods/menstruation कहा जाता है। uterus के दोनों बाजुमें fallopian tubes होते है और हर fallopian tube के बगल में दो ovaries रहती है। Periods के दौरान जब blood बहार निकलता है तब थोड़ा blood फॉलोपियन tube uterus से जुड़े रेहनेके कारन यह ब्लड अंदर भी चला जाता है। यह काफी सामान्य है। Endometriosis में जैसे ये ब्लड बहार निकलता है periods में और थोड़ा बोहोत fallopian tube के माध्यम से शरीर में भी चला जाता है। तो endometriosis में खून ovaries पर या serosa यनेके uterus के बाहरी हिस्से पर, fallopian tube या शरीर के किसीभी हिस्से में जाके ठेर सकता है। Endometriosis की बीमारी में यह खून ठीक से absorb नहीं होता है और यह organs को एक दूसरे से चिपका देता है। तो endometriosis में ovary और uterus चिपक जाते इस खून के कारण , उसके साथ fallopian tube और ovaries भी चिपक जाते है। Endometriosis symptoms in hindi Endometriosis का सबसे सामान्य लक्षण है painful periods | Endometriosis causes in hindi सामान्यतः endometriosis , uterosacral के भाग पे , ovaries पे , fallopian tube या फिर दूसरे अलग भागो पे। Endometriosis यह सामान्यतः आज कल 18-30 उम्र महिलाएं और लड़कियों में दिखाई देते है। Endometriosis होने का सबसे सामान्य कारण है environmental chemicals जैसे की pollution या smoking etc .
