A cold wave is about to hit northwest India tomorrow and ground frost conditions are likely in Punjab and Rajasthan, according to the weather department. A fall in minimum temperatures by 2-3 degrees is expected in most parts of the northwest, central and eastern India, and over Maharashtra till December 21.
