If Jesus is God, why does he pray to God? 🤔 This question comes up again and again—especially when we study the Gospel of John. On the one hand, Jesus says: "I and the Father are one." (John 10:30) "Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father." (John 14:9) On the other hand, in John 17, we see Jesus praying to the Father for 26 verses. Is Jesus now God—or "just" a human being?
