Marinate a few hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375°. Place chicken in baking pan and cook for 40-45 minutes turning often to make sure chicken is thoroughly cooked. Enjoy over a bed of brown rice, quinoa, brown rice pasta or mixed greens. Serves 4
