Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil has blasted Opposition leader Peter Dutton for treating the Voice to Parliament debate as a “run of the mill political exercise” where he can try to divide the country. She said Mr Dutton campaigning against the Voice “reflects pretty poorly” on the Opposition leader. “How utterly depressing that that’s the best the Opposition leader can come up with,” Ms O’Neil told Sky News Australia. “What the Prime Minister is asking us to do is something powerful and meaningful and thoughtful.”
