Voice protesters clash as ‘Yes’ voters hurl profanities at 'No' camp

‘Yes’ and ‘No’ voters for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament have clashed outside a ‘No’ campaign event in Brisbane. Outside of the event, hundreds of ‘Yes’ protesters gathered, waving banners and chanting support for the Voice referendum. Behind closed doors, the ‘No’ camp heard from prominent campaigners Warren Mundine and Jacinta Price as they took aim at the Labor party and the ‘Yes’ campaign's latest ad. Against the Prime Minister's wishes of a respectful debate, protesters outside the event can be heard chanting and shouting profanities at ‘No’ voters. Footage shows one individual abusing a ‘No’ voter by firing off an expletive before calling him “racist scum”. The group also attacked Ms Price and Opposition leader Peter Dutton, branding them “racist”.
