In today’s vlog, I’m making one of my favorite comfort foods — Channa Puri! 💛 I start by cutting onion, tomato, green chili, ginger, and garlic — then fry everything in mustard oil for that rich flavor. After blending it into a paste, I fry it again with cumin seeds, haldi, salt, kasuri methi, and garam masala. Add water and channa, then let it boil until perfectly cooked! For the puri, I use whole wheat atta, a spoon of desi ghee, curd, and a pinch of salt to make soft and fluffy puris. ✨ Simple, homemade, and full of flavor!
