Spinach Chicken Momos

Welcome to PUSHPARAJ KADDALA KITCHENS: The Kitchen Is Seasoned With Love Spinach Chicken Momos Best Chicken Momo is Nepalese or Chinese dumplings that are boiled or fried in a special steamer and taste delicious with a spicy dipping sauce. But there is the twist of my version spinach and raw mango. Prep Time: 10mins | Cooking Time: 20mins | Total Time: 30 Vessel Used: Idli Cooker | Cuisins: North Indian Ingredients • Chicken (Finely chopped and cooked) 500 gms • Maida 500 gms • Spinach 1 Cup • Oil 1 tbsp • Salt (According to taste) 1/2 tbsp • Garlic & Ginger Paste 1 tsp • Carrot 200 gms • Capsicum 250 gms • Raw Mango ½ Piece • Potato 200 gms • Beans 200 gms • Red Onion 250 gms • Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp • Parsley 1 tbsp • Oregano 1 tbsp • Basil 1 tbsp • Turmeric powder ¼ tbsp • Fresh coriander ½ cup • Fresh mint ¼ cup • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Instructions: 01. Clean spinach, now add spinach, green chilies & salt in pan with 1 tbsp oil and cook for 2mins. 02. Add cooked spinach into blander and bland till fine paste. 03. Take mixing bowls add maida flour then add spinach paste. 04. First prepare firm dough with maida, salt and water. Make sure that the dough is not too watery. Otherwise the dough will stick to hands. 05. Cover the dough keep aside for 25 mins 06. Clean the boneless chicken and chop into small pieces or into keema. 07. Meanwhile, chop the Onion, Carrot, Capsicum, Beans, Raw mango and Potato. 08. In a pan heat butter or oil and saute the Onion till it get golden brown. 09. Now add Chopped chicken pieces, Carrot, Capsicum, Beans, Raw mango and Potato. 10. Now add red chili powder, parsley, oregano, basil and salt. Saute till the chicken and veggies, spices bland together. 11. Now add chopped fresh coriander, mint leaves and lemon juice to give extra flavors to stuffing 12. Take a small ball from dough and roll it into chapatis. 13. Once stuffing is ready keep aside and let it come to room temperature. 14. Place the prepared Stuffing into the rolled out dough. 15. Start folding and form the pleats one by one. Take care while folding. 16. Places idli cooker on gas stove and fill with some water for steaming 17. Grease the idli cooker plates with oil, butter or ghee 18. Now cover the lid of the idli cooker and steam the momos for 10 to 15 mins. 19. After 15 mins, take off the cooker lid and cheek weather momos are steamed well or not 20. Take it off from the cooker steamed momos one by one very carefully. 21. Now Spinach Chicken Momos is ready to serve. Serve with spicy and tangy tomato sauce. Momos are the easiest of dishes that can be prepared in a moment.
