How To Make Homemade Vegan Mayo (+ Chickpea “Chicken” Salad) 🌱😁 I always love making chickpea chik’n salad and I recently made it for my family’s meal prep for the week. This time, instead of using store bought mayo, I wanted to make my own! The mayo recipe was inspired by @minimalistbaker.💕I’ve been loving her recipes since I started my vegan journey!
