7 Minute FULL BODY WORKOUT - No Equipment (AT HOME BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT)

Welcome back for another session! Today we're going to be getting into a 7 minute full body bodyweight workout, at home or in the gym. This at home session utilizes no equipment, so it's great for those of you who haven't been able to find dumbbells in the crazy Covid fitness gear sell outs. The only thing you may possibly need is going to be a yoga mat or towel. I'll leave that one up to you ;) I talk through the entire routine to explain form, tips and tricks.
