Rachel Morin Case Updates | Suspect on Video, Reward, The Closing Door
On August 5th, 37-year-old mother of five, Rachel Morin went for a hike at 6PM in Bel Air, Maryland. Her boyfriend, Richard Tobin, reported her missing shortly before midnight that evening. Her body was found on August 6th, 2023. Rachel owned her own cleaning business and worked hard to look after her kids, who she was devoted to, all between the age of 8 and 18.
