On August 5th, 37-year-old mother of five, Rachel Morin went for a hike at 6PM in Bel Air, Maryland. Her boyfriend, Richard Tobin, reported her missing shortly before midnight that evening. Her body was found on August 6th, 2023. Rachel owned her own cleaning business and worked hard to look after her kids, who she was devoted to, all between the age of 8 and 18. The Hartford County Sheriff's Department have said that her death was the result of foul play. No suspects have been named yet and the investigation continues. Detectives said they received information that between 6pm and 7.30pm, the group of potential witnesses were walking on the Ma & Pa Trail from the Rt. 24 tunnel toward the split in the trail that leads to the Williams Street trailhead.
