The bacteria in our digestive system creates gas if there are certain things and foods that will help. Part of the issue may also be related to food sources that you are intolerant to. Bloating can cause fluid retention, create added inches and for someone who is focused on fat loss this can cause more stress. Also be aware that the digestive system is dynamic, and it can be healthy to be bloated and it may help with hunger. Foods are nourishing, but some can be tough to digest. Legumes can be tough to digest due to the higher fiber content. Large amounts of vegetables can cause these issues as well. Let's discuss why you may be bloated and how to resolve it.
