Celebration of the Word, Memorial of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Saturday, Optional Memorial.
The Mass readings, of Saturday, Week 34, Ordinary Time, Year II, for 26 November 2022, were proclaimed and the Responsorial Psalm was sung in this Celebration of the Word of God, based on the structure in the Roman Missal, for Ash Wednesday. It had the Entrance Antiphon, Collect, readings as at Mass, Universal Prayer and a prayer at the end, "May the almighty and merciful God bless and protect us ...".
