Hey Dancers and Dance Fans, this is my new Weekly Live Stream event! Every Saturday at 4pm PST, I'll be online to connect with y'all - I'm excited and scared, which are basically two sides of the same emotional coin, LOL. Join me on the marley, carpet, rug, or other floor of your choosing (maybe even the couch?) as I do some gentle stretching and kvetching about what's been happening the past few years away from dance. How did COVID affect You as a dancer? As a human being? Are you working through any current injuries? I sure am, and I'll be talking about them here, too. What can/should you do to remedy an injury, especially if you are currently dancing at the professional level? If you're a non-pro dancer, how do you deal with, and/or Prevent injuries from happening in the first place?
