Easy slow cooker chicken and chorizo stew :) Recipe & cook with me!

Hey guys :) I hope you're all having a great day so far....Tonght for tea, I'm making a chicken & chorizo slow cooker stew! This was made using the ingredients the lovely Linda (one of my giveaway winners) sent to me. This was absolutely delicious and one I'll be making in the future for sure! It's so easy....I just love slow cooker meals :) Thanks for stopping by guys, and until I see you next...take care x ____________________________________________________________________________________ What I used: 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika 4 Garlic cloves (crushed) 200g Chorizo (cut into chunks) 2 Red bell peppers (cut into chunks) 400ml Vegetable or chicken stock 400g Can of chopped canned tomatoes 6 Baby potatoes (cut in half) 3 chicken breats (cut into chunks) 2 Tablespoons parsley (died or fresh) Serve with cous-cous, pasta or mashed potato :) Or crusty bread would be fab! _____________________________________________________________________ CONTACT ME: I don't do Twitter or Insta at present but you can still get in touch!
