Reckless Taxi Didn't Give Way To Pedestrian

This SH8023P Comfort Taxi simply doesn't care about the safety of pedestrian. While driving along Bishan street 13 to street 11 on 2 Dec 2016, I witnessed an act of recklessness. The traffic light is in favor for pedestrians to cross the junction but to my horror this taxi driver just squeezed his way in and nearly knocked a few pedestrians. I noticed one pedestrian was running across and luckily she didn't run fast enough or else she would have been knocked down by this reckless taxi driver. And as I turned in the same route as the taxi, I noticed he's alighting his passengers. So was he also endangering the lives of his passengers as well? I hope the authorities do something about this.
