Barbaric Driver 12 - Taxi Shoots Out Without Due Care Causing Near Accident!

I was driving along the main road when this Transcab taxi, who was filtering in from the left, didn't stop when I was approaching and when I horned him to make him aware of my presence, the driver didn't even respond! It then forced me to take evasive manoeuvres to avoid crashing into him. There was no braking distance available to avoid a crash. I suspect he either didn't pay attention on the road or he assumed that I was going to be on the centre lane. But with no response at all to my warning horn, is astoundingly dangerous and points to a reckless driver intent on having his way. Luckily I had a clear path on my right to avoid a collision. There are just too many reckless drivers around. (Audio had been removed due to a private conversation. A 3 seconds horn was used when the taxi didn't stop at the filter lane as a warning but the taxi driver did not react to it at all.)
