Scuds fired at Syrian rebel forces: alarm over use of missiles against urban targets
Syrian forces loyal to embattled President Assad have fired Scud missiles at rebel forces who have been fighting for nearly 2 years in a civil war to force him from power. This is the second time the regime has used the large rockets and marks an escalation by government forces.
