This workout will give you an ability to develop such wonderful LEGS - FULL BODY CONNECTION that you , as an athlete , will Instantly “CASH ON” I used additional Weight Vest of 25 lbs. In my opinion this is a biggest weight you can use for kettlebell work. Because heavier weight vest destroys the kettlebell trajectory, at least for me.
