Sadly, I filmed "Out of the Woods" but YouTube won't let me use that song in this workout so I had to cut it out last minute :( So, this workout is a little shorter than I would normally do. However, it's still a great beginner cardio workout to do when you are wanting to warm-up or just feel like moving your body. There are also no repeat exercises so it flies by!! I tried my best to stay on the beat of the song and I recommend you do the same! As usual with these, I included a warm-up + cool down.
